This is about Christ, Christianity and the Word of God which reproves, corrects and instruct in the Ways of God.

Have you ever relied on, hoped on a provision you had stored at home, and when the need for it came you could not reach it because it had been used by some other for something less important? That was what happened to God!

“And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.  And Aaron said unto them, Break off the golden earrings, which are in the ears of your wives, of your sons, and of your daughters, and bring them unto me. And all the people brake off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them unto Aaron. And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the LORD. And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play. And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves: They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.” – Ex 32:1-8 (KJV)

Why did God ask them to borrow jewelry from the Egyptians? Couldn’t He have brought them out without it? Was it to beautify them? No!

(1) Egypt attained its power and wealth because of God’s presence.

“And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmeelites, which had brought him down thither. 2 And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. 3 And his master saw that the LORD was with him, and that the LORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand.” – Gen 39:1-3 (KJV)

The prosperity of Egypt happened because of God’s presence in the life of His children, the chosen ones. So ultimately, they belonged to God.

“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” – Psalms 24:1 (KJV)

“And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the LORD.” – Josh 6:24 (KJV)

“The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.” – Hag 2:8 (KJV)

(2) God had a plan for His money. People build houses and buy things with their money. God intended the wealth for His house.

“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.  And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,  And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats’ hair,  And rams’ skins dyed red, and badgers’ skins, and shittim wood,  Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,  Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.  And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.  According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.” – Ex 25:1-9 (KJV)

What God has given to you is not really for you, but for His work! You are only His instrument of “getting” and “investing” those things!

“The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.” – Hag 2:8 (KJV)

“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” – Psalms 24:1 (KJV)

Even the children we call ours belong to God; we are only care-givers or should we say “overseers”, to direct or invest them in the ways of God!

A divided heart

(3) This is where the corruption lies! We have not taken the pain to know why God gave these things to us. Why did He give us the children? Why did He give us the job or business? Why did He give us the car, the house, etc. What He purposed for Himself, we have held on to; and like the children of Israel, we worship those things: our children, our wealth and other blessings! Everything belong to God!

The instrument of this corruption is the blessing God blessed you with.  All that you have today; money, children, land, cars, businesses, jobs, everything, are given to you by the Lord! Not for you but for His Kingdom and glory!

Today many claim to serve God but are carried away by wealth; the wealth they have and those they don’t have!

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” – Matt 6:24 (KJV)

MAMMON! This is the end-time god! They worshiped him in the desert and died; and now in the new dispensation, the New Covenant Church has been corrupted and many are dying spiritually!

On their own, these things are good. But they become corrupt anytime they enter into the heart! God should dwell here! Any other thing that enters there becomes corrupt! Why?

It takes up part of the heart and God will not have part! He deserves and demands all or nothing! A divided heart is a corrupt heart! You cannot serve God and mammon! This is the reason some Christians and their worship are accepted by God: a divided heart!

“Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness…… “ – Ezek 28:17 (KJV)

This was what He said of Lucifer. God is no respecter of persons. His standard is His standard; it remains the same and does not change.

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves: They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.” – Ex 32:7-8 (KJV)

wp-image--1588136338

Our hearts should constantly be examined and whatsoever exalts itself above God in our heart should be cast down.

“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” – 2 Cor 10:5 (KJV)

This is done when we refuse to hold anything in our hearts that may turn our hearts from God. We should not treasure anything above God. “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” – Ex 20:3 (KJV). This first commandment is still potent today!

Jesus would say

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:  For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” – Matt 6:19-21 (KJV)

In other words brethren BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING!

“And when THE PEOPLE SAW that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.” – Ex 32:1 (KJV)

God brought them out of Egypt that they would be His and no others; that they would serve Him as a nation of priests.
For as long as they did this, they were special to Him; pure, lacking nothing and impregnable to any power. However they corrupted themselves.

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves.” – Ex 32:7 (KJV)

Having corrupted themselves, they were not fit anymore to enter the promise land. They had stepped aside from God’s way, fashioning their own way, a product of their reasoning.
The New Covenant Deliverer, the Lord Jesus, is in heaven (as Moses was on the mountain) interceding for us. There seem to be a delay, so the Church like the wilderness church has grown impatient and have fashioned out their own way.

HOW?

(1) The people saw.
They realized how long it was that Moses had gone, or delayed to come down. Their eyes were suddenly open to situations they ought not to see, like Eve in Genesis 3. Seeing what they shouldn’t see moved them from the way of the Lord.

“And Samuel said, What hast thou done? And Saul said, Because I SAW that the people were scattered from me, and that thou camest not within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered themselves together at Michmash therefore said I, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication unto the LORD: I forced myself therefore, and offered a burnt offering. And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever.” – 1 Sam 13:11-13 (KJV)

King Saul lost the kingdom forever because he saw a situation he shouldn’t have seen. “Open eyes” IS the characteristic of the end-time, the ONLY proof of Man’s fall. This was when Man began to see the nakedness of his fellow; outward judgment. We judge outwardly!

(2) They became impatient!
They were not able to judge Moses’ delay. They lacked the ability or power to endure delay, provocation or hardship. Today, as Christ tarries to come, Christians have grown impatient; both toward God and man.

(3) Making Men of God too powerful.
The people went to Aaron and said to him, “up…….!” Today we also see this trend; Men of God have been made too powerful that their words are almost being substitutes to the word of God! They have been made “alternatives” to God; saviours and messiahs of some sort.

(4) Making Men of God too important.
The people gathered themselves unto Aaron, He became the central figure. God was not at the centre anymore. Today Servants of God have taken centre stage. They are larger than the God they preach.

“And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men. And they called Barnabas, Jupiter; and Paul, Mercurius, because he was the chief speaker. Then the priest of Jupiter, which was before their city, brought oxen and garlands unto the gates, and would have done sacrifice with the people. Which when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard of, they rent their clothes, and ran in among the people, crying out and saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein.” – Acts 14:11-15 (KJV)

wp-image--1588136338

(4) Imposition on Men of God
In Moses’ absence they imposed their will on Aaron, “make us gods!” There is today, an imposition on men of God! “This is what we want, give it to us or we’ll leave you!”

“A time will come when people will not listen to accurate teachings. Instead, they will follow their own desires and surround themselves with teachers who tell them what they want to hear. People will refuse to listen to the truth and turn to myths.” – 2 Tim 4:3-4 (GW)

“For a time is coming when they will not tolerate wholesome instruction, but, wanting to have their ears tickled, they will find a multitude of teachers to satisfy their own fancies; and will turn away from listening to the truth and will turn aside to fables.” – 2 Tim 4:3-4 (WEY)

PhotoEditor-1493725211068

You must “see” something for them when you pray else they will dub you “not a man of God!” and leave the Assembly!
To remain relevant to them (as though they called men of God to the ministry), lies are told them; with further lies to maintain the lie! And the lie continues to grow making for the people what Jeremiah would call, “a yoke of iron”. It should not be so!

(5) Faithlessness.
In asking Aaron to make them gods, they were saying indirectly, “Give us something to believe in; something we can see and touch”. They were no more a people of faith! Again, we see the trend in today’s Church. Until people see “signs and wonder”, they will not believe! For this Jesus rebuked Thomas.

“But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said unto him, we have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” – John 20:24-29 (KJV)

Faith is gradually dying as Christians are given things to believe in; things they can see and touch: mantles, oil, water, candles, incense, soap, etc.

These ought not to be so!!!

Faith does not need a material, tangible thing to be potent!

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN.” – Heb 11:1 (KJV)

“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” (Hebrews 11:3).

(6) Satanic Direction.
As against divine direction, the people asked for something “which shall go before us.” Ex 32:1 (KJV)

As they could not endure his absence they asked for something that will lead them and give them direction, to keep them busy. Something to pursue, even if they are not able to catch it or attain it!

“He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this is also vanity.” – Eccl 5:10 (KJV)

This is the bane of the Church today! We are running after worldly wealth that Jesus turned down in Matthew 4, though we know we can never get enough of it or carry any of it to heaven!

This is a satanic direction we are taking, the way of mammon; a way Jesus warned us against!

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” – Matt 6:24 (KJV)

This is a dangerous trend, let’s retrace our steps!
……to be continued.

Tongue

Trigger of wars!

“Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!  And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.  For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:  But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.  Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.  Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.” – James 3:5-10 (KJV)

It is amazing to know how dangerous a little member can be.

The tongue is so little; it weighs less than a pound and is less than six inches long. Yet it has destroyed many families, peoples and nations.

On its own the tongue is not evil; but its use can be good or evil. Unfortunately, it is often used for evil. We use the tongue to boast, to criticize, to find fault in others, to condemn, even to bear false witness!

The Holy Spirit speaking through James says it should not be so! Our tongue should not be used for both good and evil, blessing and cursing. We bless God with it and curse man, made in the image of God, with it. It should not be so!

Man has tamed the wildest animals and reptiles but the tongue has been so difficult to control. James says it cannot be tamed and put under control!

The tongue is so lethal; its poison has been the cause of all wars, as no war can take place without the exchange of words. This makes it the trigger of all wars!

WHY YOU SHOULDN’T EMPLOY THE TONGUE FOR EVIL!

Whenever the tongue is employed against another person, it can be very swift and manifest immediately. Or it can be slow. In either case it will affect, hurt and even destroy. BUT…..!

It destroys the owner, the carrier MORE than it destroys the person to whom it is employed!

“For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” – Matt 12:37 (KJV)

The tongue affects its owner than the person against whom it is directed! That is why the scripture says “bless and curse not”!

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” – Matt 5:44 (KJV)

“Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.” – Romans 12:14 (KJV)

If you curse or insult someone, it comes back to you magnified.

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” – Luke 6:38 (KJV)

WHATEVER you give out comes back to you magnified; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over! It comes back in folds: hundred, sixty and thirty. It may come immediately or come with time; two months, two years, five years. It might be delayed but comes!

Lips

A wise and knowledgeable man is known through his conversation. The more a person knows, the more humble he is, and the more he wants to learn from others.

Empty vessels, they say, make the greatest noise. Those who have power do not boast. We know that some of the causes of the misuse of the tongue are bitter envying, strife, jealousy: a lack of knowledge generally! The ability to scheme and manipulate the tongue for evil is not from God! It is devilish wisdom!

There can be no peace if the tongue is not brought under control! For there to be peace and unity, the tongue should be used for good!

Many have spoken foolishly and paid dearly with their lives.

“And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night. 2 And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!” – Num 14:1-2 (KJV)

“And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,  How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.  Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:  Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me.” – Num 14:26-29 (KJV)

“And David said unto him, Thy blood be upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD’S anointed.” – 2 Sam 1:16 (KJV)

CONTROLLING THE TONGUE.

The tongue speaks from the substance in the heart! So to control the tongue the heart must be pure!

“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” – Luke 6:45 (KJV)

radiatingheart

The heart should be filled with good words –the word of God. What you have stored in your heart is what will be framed by your tongue and pour from your lips! So:

(1) Fill your heart with the word of God.

(2) Be ready to hear much more than you speak.

(3)Think seriously before speaking; weigh your answer by asking yourself the following questions:

(a) Is it the Truth?

(b) Is it necessary to be said?

(c) Will it glorify God and edify man? And finally,

(d) Will it be fair to all concerned?

PhotoEditor-1492638035035“It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.” –  Prov 25:2 (KJV)

God hides things! And He expects us to search them out.

In God’s plan, He has His responsibilities and we have ours. The Holy Spirit reveals to us God’s provisions for us and we have the responsibility to take or receive the things.

Something revealed may be left or ignored. So how do we take what is in the spirit realm and call it into physical manifestation?

“As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” – Romans 4:17 (KJV)

This is a process that involves the mouth. The mouth is engaged in calling things into manifestation; those things that are shown us by the Spirit of God.

Our mouths are given, not only for eating, drinking or discussing but also for calling things into being manifest.

“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach.” – Romans 10:8 (KJV)

The word is not only near you, it is in your mouth! In your mouth! What word? The word of Faith! The word that can never be resisted by enemies or by the elements of creation.

“For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.” – Luke 21:15 (KJV)

“For I will give you words and wisdom, so that not one of those who are against you will be able to get the better of you, or to put you in the wrong.” – Luke 21:15 (BBE)

The mouth is not given just for prayers. God hears your thoughts. He gave us the mouth to also be able to call those things that we need. No matter how dead the situation may be when we call those things we give life to them and they hear!!

With His mouth, Jesus called the dead, smelling Lazarus to life; and He said greater things we shall do!

Everyone has been given a mouth which God expects us to use. Native doctors do. Christians should! That is why it is habitually wrong to go to people for prayers, Jephtah, Jabez, Daniel, David etc, prayed for themselves.

Yes, we are to pray for one another. You pray for me, I pray for you, but not for me to set myself as a god over you, and you habitually come to me for prayers! This would not help your spiritual growth!

If you are a Christian, you are a priest, chosen by God. As a member of the royal priesthood you have constant access to the King. If there is ever a need in your life, you don’t have to find an intermediary or enlist another priest in order to gain a hearing from the King. Your position as a royal priest allows you direct access.

As a pastor, my responsibility toward you is three fold.

(1) Teach you.

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” – Jer 3:15 (KJV)

I should sit at the feet of the Lord and like Habbakkuk, “see” what He would say to me that I might tell you the same. This includes searching out the truth of the Word, the very mind of God, and pass them to you; not peddling what I heard others preach.

(2) Monitor your spiritual growth.

“Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.” – Prov 27:23 (KJV)

“Know well the condition of your flocks, and give attention to your herds.” – Prov 27:23 (ESV)

“Take care to have knowledge about the condition of your flocks, looking well after your herds.” – Prov 27:23 (BBE)

My interest in you should go beyond just giving you the word of God, I should watch you closely, marking your steps peradventure you are deviating and encouraging you to remain in the right path.

(3) Pray for you.

a) That you understand the word of God, and that He has a plan for you.

“Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.” – Eph 1:15-18 (KJV)

b) That your faith fail not.

“And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:  But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.” – Luke 22:31-32 (KJV)

We are not told when Jesus prayed for Peter, but He did; that the Apostle would not be weakened by the enemy. I should pray for you, in the closet, that God should strengthen you to do His will. We all need His strength to do His will!

“And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.” – Ezek 36:27 (KJV)

Salvation is a personal race. I cannot run your race. I can only encourage you to run and not give up. If I make myself the center of your prayers, God will be angry with me as I would not only be pointing to myself but would have set myself as a god over you.

Use your mouth! Call what you need!! Stop depending on others!!!

To sharpen your mouth you need:

(1) To put evil talk away from your mouth.

“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.” – Eph 4:29 (KJV)

Cursing, slandering, backbiting, gossip, speaking lies, four-letter words, should be far from your lips!

“Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.” – Prov 4:24 (KJV)

(2) Talk less!

“In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.” – Prov 10:19 (KJV)

You do not have to talk at every occasion.

(3) Fill your mouth with praise to Him.

“I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.” – Psalms 34:1 (KJV)

(4) Pray in Tongues!

“But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. – Jude 1:20 (KJV)

Gear

“According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.” – Ex 25:9 (KJV)

Car gears differ; Mercedes, Volkswagen, Volvo, Toyota etc. Every manufacturer knows his product. We destroy the cars when we want them to function like another.

We destroy our businesses, marriages, health, and finance, when we try to run them like other people’s own.

Moses was told to build according to plan. God has a plan for you, your home, and your job. Stop comparing yourself!

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” – Jer 29:11 (KJV)

“For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. “ – Jer 29:11 (NASB)

His plan for you existed before you were born.

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.”  – Jer 1:5 (NASB)

“Before I formed you …… I have appointed you!” This is awesome!!! You were chosen, appointed, consecrated, and empowered even before you were born! Make requisitions (prayers) and build, according to God’s plan.

“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship. And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee; The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle, And the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all his furniture, and the altar of incense, And the altar of burnt offering with all his furniture, and the laver and his foot, And the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest’s office, And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do. “ – Ex 31:1-11 (KJV)

Imagine Aholibah, a fine artist and fashion designer going to the store room in the spirit realm to ask for a billow and an anvil!

The store keeper will refuse him those things because they are to be given to Bezaleel. No matter his good intention and fervency. He would be asked to build according to plan!

Be unique! Build your home, your job, your life according to His plan!

Jesus rode on a donkey into Jerusalem to fulfill “need”.

“And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.” – Matt 21:3 (KJV)

What “need”?

The plan of God for Jesus as recorded by Isaiah.

“All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.” – Matt 21:4-5 (KJV)

This was God’s plan for Jesus even before He was born! Follow God’s plan for your life!

photoeditor_1452810795558.jpg

The things God has need of for you and all you represent, have been sent to the spiritual store bearing your name!

Every plan of God has its provision and timing. Certain things you asked in prayer are not denied but await their timing. When the need meets God’s time, it becomes manifest! Until it becomes a need for God in your life, it will not be supplied!

“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time.” – Eccl 3:11 (KJV)

It has to be a need to Him, not to you! Don’t forget He is the one working in you to do His plan!

“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” – Phil 2:13 (KJV)

“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” – Phil 4:19 (KJV)

Whatever the request, it has to be a need in your life to fulfill God’s plan for you in Christ Jesus!

How do you know what He needs?

(1) Stop using head knowledge!

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” – 1 Cor 2:9 (KJV)

The natural man cannot know the mind or plan of God and consequently cannot know what to pray for!

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought.” – Romans 8:26a (KJV)

(2) You need the Spirit.

“But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.” – 1 Cor 2:10-12 (KJV)

His plan is already written in your heart but you cannot know it until the Holy Spirit opens your eye of the spirit!

“…….. also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.” – Eccl 3:11 (KJV)

Only the Holy Spirit can tell us the mind of God.

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.” – John 16:13-14 (KJV)

Build a strong relationship with Him. Talk to Him; He has emotions and, He feels!
